Pesticides Pose Brain Damage Risk to Unborn

Unborn babies exposed to the commonly used insecticide, chlorpryfos, are likely to develop brain damage after birth.  According to the article, Pesticide Exposure in Utero Linked to Brain Concerns,  a study that analyzed children born before the U.S. tightened the use of chlorpryfos produced findings that babies in the womb exposed to the pesticide have brain abnormalities 5-10 years after exposure.
